Seoul Beauty Tour assumes no responsibility for the organization of the stay, transport or accommodation of clients.

Article 2 – Services and Prices - The services include personalized assistance in boutiques and sales spaces specialized in Korean cosmetics. The advice given is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of satisfaction or effectiveness of the products purchased. The service fee is indicated per person and covers only the assistance and purchasing advice. The purchased products, as well as any other personal expenses (transport, meals, etc.), remain the responsibility of the client. For group or corporate requests, please consult us for a personalized quote. Seoul Beauty Tour reserves the right to refuse a group service if safety or availability conditions are not met.

Article 3 – Reservation and Payment - The reservation of the experience is made exclusively via the website seoulbeautytour.com. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to confirm the service. Payments are secured and guaranteed by Stripe and PayPal. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the client acknowledges having read and accepted the general conditions of these payment providers. Any reservation is firm and final, except as provided in the cancellation policy. Seoul Beauty Tour reserves the right to refuse any reservation at its sole discretion.

Article 4 – Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation - In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services for leisure activities provided on a specific date or according to a determined periodicity. Consequently, any reservation is considered definitive. Any cancellation must be reported at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date to be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees. After this period, no refunds will be granted. In the event of our cancellation, a full refund will be proposed, with no further compensation possible. No liability can be incurred for cancellations due to force majeure (natural disaster, health situation, political instability, etc.). In case of no-show (client's absence at the appointment without prior cancellation), no refund or rescheduling of the service can be granted.

Seoul Beauty Tour is not responsible for incidents that may occur during city travel or in visited boutiques. It is the client's responsibility to take out travel insurance covering potential risks. Under no circumstances can Seoul Beauty Tour be held liable for financial losses, bodily harm, delays, or other inconveniences suffered by the client during the service.
