Article 1 – Purpose and Nature of Services

The service Seoul Beauty Tour is a trade name operated by the company 주식회사 온더쉘프, specializing in personalized consulting and personal shopping services dedicated to K-Beauty (Korean cosmetics).

These services consist of curated introductions to selected retail locations and bespoke guidance based on the client’s individual needs and preferences.

Seoul Beauty Tour is neither a travel agency nor a tour operator within the meaning of Articles L.211-1 et seq. of the French Tourism Code, nor a provider of aesthetic or medical treatments.

As such, the company 주식회사 온더쉘프 assumes no responsibility for the organization of the client’s overall stay (transportation, accommodation, meals, etc.).

Article 2 – Services and Pricing

The services include:

personalized guidance in selected boutiques tailored recommendations regarding products and skincare routines

All advice is provided for informational and personalized purposes only and does not constitute any guarantee of results, effectiveness, or absence of adverse reactions.

Prices are indicated:

either per person

or as a private package

Unless otherwise stated, prices include guidance services only.

The following remain the client’s responsibility:

purchased products

personal expenses (drinks, meals, specific transportation, etc.)

The company 주식회사 온더쉘프 reserves the right to:

adapt the itinerary based on availability of locations

refuse a service in cases of logistical constraints, safety concerns, or inappropriate client behavior

Services are, in principle, reserved for adults only.

Minors and children are not permitted unless prior written approval has been granted by the company 주식회사 온더쉘프.

Article 3 – Booking and Payment

Bookings are made via the official website or through direct written confirmation.

All bookings require full prepayment (100%) and are considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

Payments are securely processed via third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.

By proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions of these providers.

refuse any booking

request additional information prior to confirmation

Article 4 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date.

Therefore, no right of withdrawal may be exercised after booking confirmation.

Article 5 – Modification, Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 Financial Terms and Cancellation

All bookings require full prepayment of 100% of the total service amount.

It is expressly agreed that 50% of this amount constitutes a deposit (“arrhes”) within the meaning of Article 1590 of the French Civil Code, with the remaining balance constituting an advance payment.

In the event of cancellation by the client more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled service, the deposit (50% of the total amount) shall be retained by Seoul Beauty Tour, and the remaining balance shall be refunded.

Within this same timeframe, and in the interest of service quality, a rescheduling of the service may be offered, subject to prior discussion with the client and availability, in lieu of a refund of the remaining balance.

In the event of cancellation less than 72 hours before the service, or in case of no-show, the full amount paid shall be retained.

No refund or rescheduling will be granted.

This policy is justified by the bespoke nature of the service, the reservation of time slots, and the commitments made in advance to prepare the experience.

Article 6 – Liability

The company 주식회사 온더쉘프 is bound by an obligation of means, not of results.

Accordingly:

no liability shall arise from dissatisfaction with purchased products

the company shall not be held responsible for any skin reactions, allergies, or side effects

The client remains solely responsible for:

their purchasing decisions

verifying product composition

The company 주식회사 온더쉘프 shall not be held liable for:

accidents, loss, theft, or damage occurring during the service

delays or failure of the client to attend

In all cases, liability shall be strictly limited to the amount of the service.

The client is responsible for maintaining personal insurance coverage (including liability and travel insurance).

Article 7 – Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data is used solely for:

booking management

service personalization

Clients have the following rights:

access

rectification

deletion

objection

These rights may be exercised upon request via email.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property

All content, materials, recommendations, and curated itineraries remain the exclusive property of the company 주식회사 온더쉘프, operating under the trade name Seoul Beauty Tour.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Article 9 – Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution shall be sought as a priority.

Failing agreement, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.

The client is informed of the possibility to use a consumer mediation service in accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
